The use of this site is governed by the TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT OF SALE set forth below. Your use of this site or purchase from Ginger Says indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Ginger Says reserves the right to make changes to this web site and these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice.

Ginger Says is the service provider; it is also referred to as “us” and “we”.

Customer is the person or organisation who purchases or seeks services from Ginger Says; it is also referred to as “you”.


For on-line orders, our checkout uses STRIPE.  All major credit and debit cards are accepted.

The title of the goods supplied does not pass to the customer from Ginger Says until the full amount is paid.



Our beautiful bouquets are constructed by hand once your order is received.  We will have your order completed and dispatched within 7-14 days depending on how many orders we have to process.  Your order will be dispatched with Aramex couriers unless your delivery location is very remote and then Australia Post will be considered.

Tracking details will be sent through once your order is dispatched.  Please allow for travel time for your beautiful flowers.  Gingersays has no control over delivery time frames once your order has left our hands but we do have some indication of the recommended travel times.

At Ginger Says, we strive to provide our customers with the best in quality, construction and presentation.   Our full refund policy can be viewed via the link at the bottom of our site.


At Ginger Says, we carefully inspect all goods before they are packed and take great care when package our flowers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.  Although we use bubble wrap and other packaging to safeguard against breakages, occasionally, fragile items can be damaged on their journey.  Please notify us immediately upon opening the parcel of any breakages or damage caused in transit.  We may be able to claim the goods on insurance and provide a replacement.

All claims are voided if a returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, mis-installed, modified, tampered, abused or physically damaged.
Ginger Says is not responsible for any parcel missing in transit, on its return back to Ginger Says.


  • Due to changing market forces and other extenuating circumstances that affect product availability and price stability, we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice.
  • If Ginger Says is unable to supply a particular flower or stem because it is unavailable or out of stock, we will contact the customer prior to completing the order and offer an alternative.   If the alternative is not acceptable to the customer we will cancel the order and provide a full refund.
  • Information contained throughout the web pages and in our database is believed to be accurate and reliable at the time of publishing.
    There may be misprints, human errors, and omissions. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections in prices, products, and specifications without notice.
