Refund and Returns Policy

At Gingersays, we pride ourselves in our attention to detail, our quality and our sought after amazing designs.

We understand ordering online can be tricky and it is hard to know exactly what the product looks like until it is received.  With this in mind, we have taken every step to ensure our description is comprehensive, our photos show “true to colour” editing so all tones and designs are easy to see and colours are actual.  We have also provided closeups and further away images to gauge the look and size when holding the bouquet. 

Exceptional care is taken to ensure your product is perfect before sending it out to you.  Each piece is constructed for you by hand once your order is received. For this reason, all orders are final and we don’t accept returns, issue refunds or provide exchanges due to a change of mind.

Due to the nature of the items and the fact they are used only for a one day event, we are unable to offer a return or exchange unless the goods are faulty or the incorrect product has been sent.

In the highly unlikely chance that any items in your order arrives incorrect, missing, damaged or faulty, you must contact us within 48hrs of receiving your delivery in writing.

Our email address is hello@gingersays.com.au.  Please include your full name, contact phone, order number, attach photo evidence and explain the damage and what happened. One of our team members will be in contact with you. Items may be required to be sent back to us depending on the situation.   

If a replacement order is being issued, the original goods must be returned within 7 days.  To be eligible for a return, your items must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging .  A replacement order will not be dispatched until the faulty goods are received.

We will meet our obligations in accordance with your rights as a customer under the Consumer Guarantees Protection/ACCC.

Ginger Says owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been despatched in error.
